Leek / bacon tart
- ready made frozen dough
- 2 lage leeks
- 2 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 125 ml creme fraiche
- 2 eggs
- grated old spicy Cheese (Gouda)
- 50 gr dices bacon
- 50 gr hard butter
Spread slices of dough on the workplace for them to thaw and butter the tart form or oven dish.
Cut leek in thin slices, wash it and dismantle the slices into leek rings.
Bake bacon in frying pan till crispy, add leek and once leek is glassy add the curry and salt & pepper to taste. Take mixture from stove and let it cool off.
Mix creme fraiche with eggs, salt & pepper and grated cheese.
Clothe form with the slices of dough. Press edges together and pierce wholes in the bottom with a fork. Put leek mixture in the form and pour the egg mixture on top.
Bake in over on 200 degrees in 35 minutes.
